A few weeks ago before I  got buried under a new semester of school work I was invited to be a WESA Wrangler. Let me also just throw it out there we are the first of our kind! All the big western fashion brands and makers gather during the Stock Show and Rodeo. Which back to how I tie into all this…..western “fashionistas” one might say, were also invited to gather at this meeting of the minds. You might recognize a few people 😉  Que the name WESA Wrangler.

          Yep that’s all around girl boss and head of “Breaking Records Media” Alexis Bloomer with her right hand at the company, Cassidy Andrews, County Singer and fashionista herself Keenie (we go way back from the rodeo trail 😉 ) AND last but not least the one and only Queen of hat’s Kaci Riggs at Charlie One Horse Hats by Resistol.

From the fashion show to the photo booths that were a MAJOR hit with us girl’s who dig a little Instagram. There were many more girl bosses. Speaking of girl bosses though…. there are two that had some rocking new collections! I saw first hand. Ever heard of a little (actually BIG and not to mention fast growing) Rodeo Quincy? Designed all by Quincy Freeman herself? Well I won’t tell you too much about her new tee’s because I  have some coming straight to me that are going to be featured right here! Let me tell you though….they are possibly the cutest ever! Besides from that…everything she’s got on in this picture? All by her! Including those fabulous bell bottoms. The rose beanie on me? You guessed it…also by Quincy!

Now back to the hat Queen…..I’m talking Kaci Riggs and Charlie One Horse. I  must say the Resistol showroom’s are a little piece of cowboy hat heaven. When you get to the Charlie One Horse portion your jaw just might drop. All the newest styles are on display, but they do not leave a hat behind the old favorites stick around too because well they are our favorites for a reason. Kaci names them all herself after designing them, and fun fact their names are always my favorite. I  mean I hate to brag but a girl has a fun time when she gets to try them all on with the creative genius herself telling you all the fab details, and how she imagines them coming to life. As a true designer does I think she pictures a different type of girl each time she designs a new one, and how they may style it. Again though I won’t tell you too much about all the new styles because you are going to see them right HERE on the blog.

Now what should we talk about next? OH I KNOW! The Wrangler Party! My first invite as a blogger/western influencer (I  don’t know what to call myself you guys if you wanna call me a fashion girl or an instagram girl IDK) ANYWAYS the point is I was so excited to get to go! In the western world the Wrangler parties mean a lot….I mean “Long Live Cowboys” right? My Dad and Mom used to go to them in Vegas when my Dad was sponsored by them. I went and of course I  forgot to pack my Wrangler duds (also did not bring my makeup bag or hair supplies but that’s a whole other story). Besides that though I  got my Macie Bean Boots out, and headed to downtown.
